Li Tadaa
LI (they/them) Li Tadaa is a Swedish Lust Coach and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and has studied and researched embodiment for the last 15 years. Through practicing meditation, dance therapy, and somatics they have cultivated the understanding of the nervous system that they combine with teachings of conscious sexuality, shamanism and dance traditions around the globe, especially from Mozambique and Brazil. Li has the unique capacity to guide people into the body, accessing all emotions on the spectrum from joy and pleasure to fear and pain. Through her programs, Li has helped over a thousand people to reconnect with their inner safety and joy.
1. GROW UP - MASTERING REJECTION - To not be afraid of rejection is the ultimate freedom of life. It's a natural process that we should have learnt if we grew up with safe attachment and learning to know our inner worth. Everyone is not for us, and that is not only ok, it is right. 2. JOY AND BELONGING AS A TOOL FOR HEALING - Join for a journey where we go high as well as low, where movement and connection will build the container to hold deeper traumas. After the group connection, Li will invite individuals up in front of the whole group to receive guidance in their struggles. By helping them to connect to their bodies with somatic tools, emotions start to move and healing takes place. Everybody in the room will support the process with their presence. 3. ENERGETIC LOVE MAKING - Together with Marcos Bina - Would you like to master energies and learn how to build attraction instead of waiting for it to appear in your life? In tantra, there is a lot of talk about masculine feminine energy and often a confusion that these are limited to being a man or woman. As gender fluid and pansexual beings, join Marcos & Li for their favorite workshop where they open people to with a lot of sensitivity the world of energetics and fluidity.
