Manon & Mano
MANON (she/her) & MANO (he/him) are in short, energy workers. They are a couple for 19 years and walking the tantric path for over 15 years. Manon loves to work with intuition and vulnerability. Manon facilitates temples and breathwork circles. Manon is also available for 1:1 breath work and de-armouring sessions on Ibiza, Amsterdam and during the festival. For the last 15 years she studied Intuitive Development, NLP , Transpersonal Coaching , Yoga teacher, ISTA level 1 and 2 , Transformational Breath coaching, Body Remembers Trauma Therapy & Trauma Release Breathwork, Practitioner de-armouring at The Gaia Method, TAO "Pearl Consciousness" mystery school with Reinoud Eleveld.
Mano mainly works as a tantra & tao trainer and transformative coach, using tantra and tao for bodywork. Mano uses sexual energy in sessions for real transformation. Mano & Manon also host bigger conscious parties (Ecstatic Temple) in the Netherlands and they host a retreat place on Ibiza. Mano has studied psychology at the University of Amsterdam / Dzogchen Buddhism from Jan Geurtz / International school of temple arts ( ISTA) level 1 and 2 / TAO training (Chinese mystery school about energy) from Reinoud Eleveld.
1. SEXUAL KUNG FU - This workshop is about one of the most profound parts from the TAO wisdom. You will learn a way to transform sexual energy into vitality, medicine, consciousness and wisdom. This so we become masters of our sexuality and of our lives. Everything you create with your body, soul and mind uses sexual energy as fuel. And you can generate, direct and store that energy in your body. “In this workshop we explain the essence of the Tao. You learn a very powerful meditation, so you can live your life almost stress free. Together with the sexual kung fu exercise, you can transform your life in ways you never expected. Mastering your sexual energy, is mastering your life.” In this workshop everything comes together. Meaning that we transform sexual energy into medicine. 2. TEMPLE NIGHT - Manon & Mano will offer together with Mark & Anna and DJ David Nivana the first temple night. In a temple night they will guide you in different thematical corners where you can try something new, or invite someone to join you. You can just dance and be witness if that is what you wish. In this temple we begin all togeter and it is not possible to enter in the middel of it. Of course you can always leave the temple.
