1. TANTRA-MANTRA - Martine will guide this Tantra-Mantra session. Everyone welcome, regardless of singing experience! Singing brings you to your strength, your vulnerability, your love and it lets your life energy flow again. The resonance of our voices often has a deep impact and a healing effect on us. In chanting beautiful tantric mantras, our Shiva and Shakti essences merge with each other: a deep sense of unity and connection. A powerful group encounter from the sensual, passionate love that we are: the natural state of our heart. Keywords:
2. KASHMIRI MASSAGE - Kashmiri Tantra Massage is a soft, sensual massage ritual from North India – a tradition of Kashmiri Shaivism. It is also called the Shiva-Shakti Massage or as some scriptures mention, the Kashmiri Tandawa Massage. Kashmiri massage is a process where awareness, meditation and sensuality merges together. Come with a partner. Kashmiri Tantra Massage is being given in partial (undies on) or complete nudity of both partners.
3. KUNDALINI MEDITATION - Morning practice. The Kundalini meditation is a highly effective way of unwinding and letting go. The word Kundalini comes from the Sanskrit, meaning 'coiled snake’ (referring to our energy that is coiled at the base of the spine). This blissful meditation is meant to awaken this energy through the body. There are four stages: The first two (shaking and dancing) help to “melt” our rocklike being, wherever the energy has been repressed and blocked, so that the energy can flow again and be transformed into bliss and joy. The last two stages (sitting and laying) enable all this energy to flow vertically, to move upward into silence. Keywords: Energetic bodywork, dance, meditation.
