Alessandra Beer
ALESSANDRA (she/her) is a Brazilian nomad, artist, producer, facilitator and, eternal student. Passionate about justice and relationships, after years working in the Justice Court (lawyer by training), she left to support others in their own processes of self-development and in navigating relationships, intimacy, and self-expression with integrity. Along her journey, she acquired various tools such as the Wheel of Consent and Relational Mindfulness, which she uses to create spaces where people can feel safe to explore their essence, desires, boundaries, sexuality, and inhabit the place where love and power meet. She also produces events such as the Sexsibility Brazil Festival, and is the co-host of the podcast "Revolucionários do Amor".
1. WISHING WHEEL - This is a workshop on consent. We do a couple of practices of yes, no, authentic requests, etc. There is a little bit of explanation and reflection on why we struggle to say no, what we do instead and why don't we ask for what we want, what do we do instead. I will guide you in "a wishing wheel" - a circle where people can make specific request to specific people. I will support you through how to get clarity on what you want. 2. IN BODIED INTIMACY - This workshop is all about touching! The proposition here is to create a lot of intimacy with our own bodies first! And then we open for the possibility of creating intimacy with other bodies. We start with ourselves, slowly, we wake up the hands and then wake up our whole bodies... with our hands, mattresses, floor, walls. The idea is to touch, smell, lick, explore profoundly every little piece of your body as if you were meeting it for the first time. We will be playfull as animals, finding others you would like to explore with - it can be duos, trios or groups. Here we also use the dynamics of the wheel for people to request how they would like to explore the other person's body and how they would like for them to explore theirs. 3-5. TEMPLE NIGHTS - Alessandra will hold space in the temple nights to support your journey and offer you guidance together with the facilitators.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
Embodied Consent (1hr - €80) - You'll be invited into an experiential exploration of your desires, boundaries, needs and relational patterns — not just with others, but with yourself. This is a space to practice being radically honest with your Yes and No, and to reclaim your right to feel, to want, to choose - for yourself! This session is for: individuals that want to feel more in tune with their body’s; practice boundary-setting with clarity; get out of their tendencies of "going along" or people pleasing; reconnect to their pleasure and presence; explore sexuality beyond shame or conditioning.
Relational Consent (1 1/2 hr - €120) - IIn these sessions, we explore the living dynamics of your relationship through the lens of the Wheel of Consent, relational mindfulness and clear communication. This session is about creating a space where each person can feel seen, heard and respected in their needs, limits and desires. This session is for: couples navigating transitions, disconnection or communication blocks; partners wanting to deepen trust, desire and mutual understanding; people exploring conscious intimacy, open relating or alternative dynamics - any couple wanting to grow together!
Consent Based Facilitation (1 1/2 hr - €100) - I offer mentoring for practitioners who work with people’s empowerment and would like to ground their services and practices on consent. You will learn how to guide people on their experience, how to support them to feel safe, distinguish between what is your responsibility and what it’s not, and how to deepen your integrity as a facilitator. You also get a personalized feedback to enhance the work you already do.
