Binta Patel

BINTA (she/her) is a coach, bodyworker and facilitator specialising in de-armouring, Family Constellations, Emotional Freedom Technique and Inner Child Healing. She is a teacher of Ancestral Tantra Kriya Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga and facilitates sacred feminine spaces, blending ancient wisdom with modern healing practices.

For over two decades, Binta has devoted herself to personal, spiritual, and professional development. Her passion lies in helping people reconnect with their body's wisdom and shed layers of conditioning.

Rooted in her Indian and Hindu ancestry, Binta bridges Eastern spiritual wisdom with Western therapeutic techniques and science. With a trauma-informed approach, Binta is known for creating safe spaces for emotional healing.

1. SOMATIC BOUNDARIES - This workshop explores how your nervous system shapes your ability to say yes, no, and maybe with authenticity. Through somatic practices, constellations, authentic relating exercises, breathwork and gentle movement, you’ll learn how to recognise when your body feels safe or activated, how to regulate in moments of stress, and how to express your truth without guilt or collapse. 2. DANCE OF THE SERPENT (for people that identify as a woman) - In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to explore your sensual nature with other sisters. To be held, adored, touched and played with each other in a sensual but non-sexual way. The focus is on expanding your ability to receive pleasure, to express your desires, all in a loving feminine container without any sexual agenda. Just pure exploration of sensuality, vulnerability and intimacy. Keywords: touch, playfulness, sensuality, intimacy, nudity optional, movement, body awareness.

3. ENERGETICAL LOVEMAKING - Discover how to work with sexual energy beyond the physical body. Through breathwork, movement, and energy cultivation practices, you'll learn to sense and circulate energy within your own body, connect with others through the subtle field, and experience pleasure through energetic exchange alone. Exercises are guided in pairs, but you do not need to come with a partner, as we will swap pairings throughout. 4. YONI DE-ARMOURING (only for people with a yoni) - This workshop creates space to release the protective layers, both emotional and physical, held in the yoni and pelvis. We'll explore how the throat and yoni are connected through sound and vibration, use tantric breathwork to invite softening and opening, and work with gentle movement and the psoas to release pelvic floor tension. The workshop will build towards guided self-yoni work, approached with deep care, clear consent, and sacred reverence. Keywords: healing, intense workshop emotionally, touch.

Full Body De-Armouring (90 mins €150)
A trauma-informed space to release tension, emotional holding, and protective armour from the body. Using breath, sound, movement, and conscious touch, we invite the nervous system to soften and return to its natural flow. Each session is fully tailored to the individual’s pace and comfort.
