CHRISTINA (she/her) - My journey began as a professional dancer at the Moulin Rouge, where I honed my ability to express myself through movement and sensuality. Over the years, I've expanded my focus to something deeper: guiding others in their exploration of sexuality, self-love, and personal empowerment.
Through my workshops and classes, I create safe and nurturing spaces for individuals to connect with their bodies and unlock their sexual energy. These workshops are all about embracing the power of the sexual organs, demystifying female and male pleasure, and fostering a deep sense of self-love and acceptance..
I'm also a Sensual Yin Yoga teacher, where I blend mindfulness, gentle movement, and sensual awareness to help people reconnect with their inner selves.

Plus, we’ll explore the science-backed benefits of masturbation and orgasms—did you know regular solo sex can reduce stress, improve sleep, and even boost your immune system. Afterward, sink into the stillness of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation designed to bring you into profound rest and peace. Perfect for winding down, this class is all about softness, self-connection, and relaxation. Treat yourself to a peaceful night with yourself and drift into a delicious, deep sleep.
