Villu Kangur
VILLU (he/his) guides people into the humble spot where tenderness meets wildness, where calm meets agitation, and where mindfulness dances with mayhem. His work blends meditation, tantric philosophy, self-compassion, and conscious wrestling — exploring what happens when compassion and equanimity are tested under fire. With a background in Buddhist practices, conscious kink, physiotherapy, and combat sports, Villu creates spaces that are raw, safe, and vibrantly alive.
Expect laughter, intensity, and moments of genuine human connection. His sessions aren’t about doing it right — they’re about feeling everything and meeting each other with kindness and care, in both combat and intimacy.

This session explores consent, safe touch, and embodied movement — helping you come home to your body and the bodies of others with honesty, respect, and playful strength. This is not about winning, losing, or proving yourself. It’s about movement, laughter, trust, and discovering just how much fun it can be to wrestle with presence and connection. Through warm-ups, playful games, and safe wrestling rounds, we’ll unlock the joy of physical contact: rolling, tumbling, grappling, and letting go of “how it should look.” You’ll build strength, release tension, and discover new ways to express yourself through the body.on a magical journey to a fairytale land where gender boundaries dissolve and true connection blossoms. 2. PRIMAL RISING - Tap into your raw, playful nature and reclaim your wildness. This workshop invites you to explore primal states through sound, movement, breath, and conscious wrestling — breaking down ego defenses and power patterns to reveal honesty, freedom, and embodied joy. Primal Rising is a structured, physical workshop where we use play-wrestling, guided pressure, and simple embodied exercises to explore connection, power, and presence. It’s hands-on, close-contact, and intentionally grounded — designed for people who want a clear, safe, and practical way to access their primal energy without slipping into chaos or performance. This is not competitive wrestling; it’s a facilitated space to engage physically, communicate clearly, and discover how much wisdom and clarity can emerge when the body is fully involved. Keywords: high physical intensity, physical connection, no partner needed, conscious wrestling.
3. FROM RAW TO RADIANT - What if wrestling could be a doorway into presence, polarity, and expansion? In this special practice, we explore wrestling not only as a physical encounter, but as an energetic and spiritual one. Through breath, intention, and playful tension, wrestling becomes a meditation in motion. This workshop blends playful wrestling, energetic attunnement, and relational presence to explore the path from intensity to intimacy, from instinct to awareness — from raw to radiant. Together, we’ll move from movement to meditation, from breath to battle, and from contact to compassion — without bypassing anything we relate to each other, it is inevitable that we will cause harm. Making mistakes is scary; causing harm is painful. How can we transform moments of pain into moments of closeness? In this workshop, we use open discussions and guided exercises to dive deeper into an exploration of the mechanisms that are activated within us when we cause harm. How can we be safe people when receiving feedback? How do we imagine accountability? And how can we forgive ourselves when we behave in imperfect and harmful ways? Keywords: high physical intensity, communication, authenticity, feedback, no partner needed, conscious wrestling.
4. MEDITATION HEARTFIRE - SPREADING THE FLAMES OF LOVE AND COMPASSION - This workshop offers a grounded, practical introduction to the art of cultivating loving-kindness.
